Dear Steve:

This is a long overdue letter of appreciation for your Mediation and Conflict Resolution training program. I have never attended a 40 hour seminar that so energized and stimulated me intellectually. As an organizational consultant, I have trained a myriad of professional groups, and experiencing your teaching style was a joy.

You were able to hold the attention of all the participants with your lectures, practical case studies, role plays, exercises and fabulous sense of humor. I especially appreciated the value of bringing in other experts to enhance the depth and breadth of the material. It is a tribute to your sense of collegiality and generosity of spirit that you so enthusiastically support the talents and skills of your professional experts and students.
