Just a note to compliment you on your outstanding mediation training course. It was tremendously informative and of great practical value. Your course not only teaches mediation skils but also provides many important building blocks for a mediation practice.

Your course is valuable for people of different occupational and educational backgrounds. I observed that some people entered with a degree trepidation, concerned that it would be too focused on lawyers and legal issues. While the training was also valuable for lawyers, non-lawyers rapidly found their concerns to be unwarranted.
