This letter will serve as a reference for the Mediation Offices of Steven Rosenberg. Steve has conducted three highly successful training sessions for San Francisco Office for Civil Rights (OCR) attorneys and investigators. He has also contracted with the U.S. Department of Education's Training and Development Center to conduct training sessions for Department staff on mediation and negotiation skills.

His work with OCR staff centered on real-life mediation situations brought by OCR staff on a number of civil rights in education issues including special education (the largest share of OCR's annual complaint receipts), sexual and racial harassment, and disability issues in postsecondary education. Steve's course evaluations from OCR participants are consistently rated as outstanding and engaging.
