Dear Steve,

I want to compliment you again on the outstanding job you did in presenting the Mediation Program which I attended this March. The program format was extremely well thought out, the presentation materials were excellent and the manner in which you presented the materials and involved the group was at all times engaging. My goals in attending your program were to increase my effectiveness in mediation as an advocate and also to develop skills to serve as a mediator. Your program exceeded all my objectives.

It was a pleasure to attend your program and to spend time with you. Thank you again for all the effort you put into making the program a success for me and I believe all the other program members.
