I write after completing your 40-hour mediation training, to say Thank You! Your course was simply first rate.

You presented the material in a way that was interesting and informative to both novice and pro alike, and that is no small feat. If any beginner ever tells you they're worried that your course may be too advanced, or if any experienced mediator ever tells you they don't think they would benefit from your training because they 'already now how', have them call me and I will set them straight.

Forty hours is a long time for any topic, but the course never dragged. You had us laughing at every turn, and I spent a lot more time on the edge of my set than I expected. On the other hand, mediation is such a vast subject it would be easy to miss a lot of important aspects of it even in a 40-hour course. But I thought you handled both sides of that superbly -- you kept our interest throughout, and the course was loaded with all the things people need in order to help them become good mediators.

Every one of the guest speakers and trainers you brought in were excellent as well -- yet another testament to you and your course, that you were able to get such good folks to come in and help with the training.
